No matter our goals, we should consider the basic foundations of self, as well as our interactions in the world. Paying attention to our overall health and well-being can help open us up to the deeper potential made available through our dreams or any other life changing process we want to attempt to resonate with to elicit change.
Journal the questions asked along the way as they pertain to you, your thoughts, and your experiences. Do this as both opportunity and desire allow. Run the experiment, the worst that can happen is that it just does not work out for you. Even then, there is still always something you can learn about yourself. Any knowledge attained may lead you down a path you otherwise might never have found. It is a worthy endeavor to try anything that you think might hold possibility.

The best places that we end up inside and outside of ourselves take time and patience to reach. Small things conquered make the big things more attainable.
